What type of tarpaulin do they sell?

Of the different types of tarpaulins available on the market, the ones we currently sell are made of polyethylene, a flexible, waterproof plastic material. We also sell PVC tarpaulins, a more durable type of plastic that is also flexible and waterproof. Each type of tarpaulin is clearly identified and categorized on our website.

It is important to note that our tarpaulins do not contain any textile fabric; therefore, they are not made of cloth or material .

Are the tarpaulin measurements exact?

No. To make the fold to fix the eyelets, most tarpaulins on the market lose about ten centimeters per side (some more, some less).

Can tarpaulins be used as awnings?

Our tarpaulins function as awnings as long as they are supported by a frame. Therefore, if you don't provide support, their own weight could cause them to collapse, shortening their lifespan. If you don't have a frame, our Sail Shades are the ideal solution, available in HDPE and polyester.

Are the tarpaulins suitable for spider-type awnings?

Our tarpaulins are square or rectangular and flat, without any special shapes in the center or on the sides; therefore, they are not ideal for retractable awnings such as pergolas, spider awnings, or similar structures. However, you can use them as side panels or as flooring for awnings.

Are the measurements expressed as width by length or length by width?

Our tarpaulins are square or rectangular, and flat; they do not have special shapes in the center or on the sides; therefore, it makes no difference whether you indicate width by length or length by width.

Do the shade sails and tarpaulins have a UV filter?

Our products are treated with UV filters only to extend their lifespan. For skin care, follow your dermatologist's recommendations.

Can I pay in interest-free installments?

Yes! You can pay with any of your credit cards in 3 installments at the cash price using the GetNet payment gateway.

Do you offer free delivery in Santiago?

Of course! If we confirm your payment from Monday to Saturday before 2:00 PM (excluding holidays), you will receive the product from the same day, between 3:00 PM and 9:30 PM depending on the transport company's route.

How long does it take to ship?

We ship incredibly fast; we just need to confirm your payment and then we ship your order without further ado. In the meantime, we'll get your package ready.

Please note that when you make a purchase, it is usually processed on the next business day.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

If your purchase is going to Regions or to the communes of Santiago where we do not have free delivery, we will send you an email when we have dispatched your package.

How many days does it take to arrive in the Regions?

Shipping companies typically take a maximum of five (5) business days to deliver packages. This is unless they inform you otherwise, or if there are unforeseen circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic, or in the case of special events like CyberDay and CyberMonday. If that happens, we will let you know promptly.

How can I track my order?

If your purchase is going to regions or to the communes of Santiago where we do not have free delivery, we will send you an email when we have dispatched your package, in which you will be able to see the tracking code of your package.

What happens if my package takes longer to arrive than estimated?

If you haven't received your package after the maximum delivery time, you must contact us within twenty (20) calendar days from the date you were supposed to receive it. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company. After that time, we will not be able to take responsibility for the package.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Of course! When you buy, we'll send you an email notifying you when your product is available for pickup.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Normally, if the products listed do not have a "Not available" or "Out of stock" label, it means they are available and you can buy them.

However, if we were to run out of stock, this might not be reflected on the website immediately, so you could potentially purchase a product that is out of stock. In this case, we would notify you as soon as possible and offer you the following alternatives:

  • Cancel the order and get your money back immediately.
  • Replace it with a similar product, or,
  • Reschedule delivery while we restock.
