If your area is not within our free express shipping coverage zone, you can select your preferred shipping company from Bluexpress, Chilexpress, or Starken; you will be able to see the shipping cost determined by each carrier. Although we dispatch the order to the post office the same day, delivery times depend on the logistics of the selected carrier and can range from the next business day to five (5) business days after it has been dispatched.
Products weighing more than 25 kg or with dimensions greater than 100 cm per side will be shipped the next business day. Orders for these types of products received on Fridays will be shipped starting the following Tuesday.
